Our pool cracked due to improperly compacted soil beneath the pool. Uretek told us they could lift our pool back to level and stabilize it. So, we signed a contract with them in June of 2020. They were unable to lift it back to level, but promised that our pool would now be stable. We spent over $100,000 repairing our pool and the surrounding concrete thinking that we had a permanent fix.
