Today March 3, 2026 I when to visit a primary doctor with a previous made appointment for a routing visit, and mostly basically to get a form 2015 of transportation service, to be fill out by Dr. Andres F Ureña MD. But things when wrong, this was a third time the Dr. Ureña trip me like an ignorant, or like I’m doing or said something wrong. I had scheduled my first doctor's appointment here for today, 08/09. I booked this appointment on July 18. I came to address they gave and there was no doctor office there (I had called twice to confirm the address because Google maps was not showing the location of the office previously where they had told me). So I enter "Andres Urena" in Google maps and it tells me I'm actually 5 mins walking to the office.
