I went to my cycle class in over a year and needless to say it will be a new weekly thing for me! My instructor Natalia was SO GOOD! The workout was a perfect mix of difficulty and she was so kind. Such an improvement from last year, the cycle room has been updated and I got such a great workout in. I can't wait to see what she does with the rest of the semester!
The staff was amazing ! My daughter and I needed a place to practice volleyball indoors. The gym was great but the way we were treated by the staff really made our experience enjoyable too! ( This was my review last year but I'm sad to say things have changed . The staff never seems to be on the same page or know what's going on. They told us we weren't allowed to do day passes anymore when we use to only do day passes before we got our membership and even once recently.
