We were on I75 south traveling back home to Venice, Florida from Indianapolis Indiana. A deer came out of nowhere and we hit it with the right front of our car. We are strangers to the area and had no idea of where we were going to have it towed. God's blessing led us to Urb's Garage and Tire in Erlanger KY. The wonderful crew there, were able to order parts and spent the entire next day repairing our car. They even stayed past closing for us to come and pick it up. I appreciate all the extra work Urb’s did to get my repair work partially covered by my service contract. I trusted their advice on what parts should be replaced. In particular I appreciated the way they kept me informed on the status of the whole process. As busy as they are it’s obvious I’m far from the only one who trusts them with repairing their vehicle.

After going to a competitor and being way overcharged, I was skeptical about going anywhere else. I was referred to Urb's and now I do the referring. The customer service is outstanding, they go out of their way to make sure the repair is done correctly and in a timely basis. They communicate the issue and make time to explain what needs done. I have 2 vehicles I take there and will be a long-term customer.
