After going to a competitor and being way overcharged, I was skeptical about going anywhere else. I was referred to Urb's and now I do the referring. The customer service is outstanding, they go out of their way to make sure the repair is done correctly and in a timely basis. They communicate the issue and make time to explain what needs done. I have 2 vehicles I take there and will be a long-term customer.
I took my son’s car to Urb’s because it was making a noise but they also found a major oil leak that I had just paid another repair place to fix. They took care of the noise and even offered to drive the car for me back to the other garage, which was a huge help. I am a single lady and I know nothing about car repairs. They explained everything. Excellent customer service and trustworthy business.
Nicest person ever to tell me my car wasn't drivable and gave me recommendations for new car models between apologies for ruining my day. So sweet, and did an amazing job fixing what they could!
I have brought my vehicle here on a few occasions, this garage is absolutely exceptional. Very reasonable prices compared to competitors, and everyone is very friendly and honest about what repairs are needed.
Always dependable. No bullshit. Good value.
