Urbs Garage and Tire in Finneytown is terrific. I received great service at a very fair price. Equally important is how honest I believe them to be. I say this, because of a prior experience I witnessed in which Urbs referred someone I know, whom they could have sold new tires, to a competitor because the customer's tires were still under warranty, and customer did not know it. I trust Urbs to give truthful advice.
Took my car in for some engine issues. They were very upfront about everything and very flexible allowing me to make decisions at my own pace. Pricing was fair, people are great, and got me in quickly. I will not hesitate to take my car here again with full confidence.
Payed for front end alinement steering wheel was at 1 oclock after words took my truck back left it they said the machine was broke and would call when it was fixted that was a week ago never got a call saying it was fixed when i drove by there was a car on the rack. I payed $140 to have my steering wheel point at 1 oclock had to take my truck somewhere else to have it done correctly acording to the tech and the print out everything was way off , i was leaving town for a trip will never be back or recommend this business to ... read more
