This place is great. I came in with a particular request, I needed a headlight fixture assembled to my Mazda. Dropped my keys off at 8 am and retrieved the car by 1030 am. Not only were they quick, they kept in contact with me the entire time. 10/10
The customer service I received over the last few visits have been ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
I went to Urbs Garage after having a bad experience somewhere else. What a refreshing experience I had! Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, respectful, and relatable. They communicated very well and I knew exactly what was needed for my car, what was highest priority, and what the cost would be with no surprises. Wow! I was really in a bind when my van just straight up died. I was able to get my car towed by AAA to them and they diagnosed the problem (darn alternator). The manager, Chad explained everything to me over the phone. They were upfront with their prices and they didn't try to upsell me. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this garage. They got my car fixed 3 days earlier than my previous garage could get me in. Thanks again for the great work! I'm glad I found a place I can trust.
