It had been awhile. I hadn't trusted a local hair stylist since Covid. I'm so thankful I trusted Selestia at URBN. For my birthday my husband gave me some much needed hair therapy and Selestia delivered. She is upbeat, listened to my needs, and then not only treated me but made me look like a queen. Her professionalism and skillset as well as welcoming and positive demeanor made me want to return EVERY time I need a haircut/stye in the future.
