This is painful to write but I’m officially done with Urban Leaf Vista. The store staff is always awesome and the product is consistently excellent! That is why it has so many 5 stars and positive reviews. I agree with most of those comments. Great customer service from Jonah & Dejah Update MARCH 4 2026- Ordered delivery from Urban Leaf and specifically requested product packaged no earlier than January. The pre-roll I received was packaged 11/08/2025. Even more concerning, the UID batch number on the product does not match the UID listed on my receipt. I’ve uploaded photos of both so you can see the discrepancy for yourself. If you use them, I'd suggest going in-store so you can verify the labels and pack dates yourself before paying.

I just moved to Vista about a month ago. Urban leaf was closest to me and I am grateful. Each experience I've had there was positive. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Kyle was the last person that helped me and I must say, attitude is everything for me and his, along with everyone else's have been great. Good vibes all day. Thank you Urban leaf and especially the staff.
