***** Urbina was hired to remodel a **** sq ft space. The job was to consist of demo, new floors, new paint, and construction of one (approximately 6 foot) wall. The quoted time was two weeks. After four weeks, he was dismissed from the property; job unfinished. The drywall and paint was so bad that it had to be redone by two other contractors. Do not use this man (Jesus/Jesse/Chewy) or any of his several companies/DBAs (Demolition Kingz, Urbina and Sons, etc.) I hired him at the suggestion of my property management company. It was a very costly mistake. The job consisted of 1500 ft: demo of two small walls and two small dividers. Construction of one 6 foot wide wall. New floors and new paint. Quoted two weeks. The quality of work was good however, I paid Jesse Urbina and he never returned to finish the work. Contacted a lawyer and he said the best thing to do was take the loss and learn from this lesson as it would cost more to file a small claims. Since then Jesse blocked me from FB assuming he’s hiding his actions. I recommend you do not use this company. He ran to the bank to cash his check, delayed multiple times and finally just dissapeared.
