I'm writing this review because it was the only way to get their attention. I've been working with this company since January 2023 on a project to build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). We have already paid for the entire job, which is still incomplete and riddled with problems. The operations manager (David Mendoza) doesn't know what he's doing. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. The agency for manufactured homes in the state of California is the housing and Community Development department. I dealt with them before putting in Windows and with a very nice drawing submitted, the project moved to completion. So I expected the same that my new home in Paso Robles but that wasn't to be.
