I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. The agency for manufactured homes in the state of California is the housing and Community Development department. I dealt with them before putting in Windows and with a very nice drawing submitted, the project moved to completion. So I expected the same that my new home in Paso Robles but that wasn't to be.
