Last year my poor dog Velvet had a CCL tear. i was feeling stressed and overwhelmed but the moment I walked through the doors of Urban Vet for an initial exam, and after meeting the staff and Dr. Hersh- all of my stress and worries were wiped away. Great care provided, went above and beyond and explained every step in detail for my pet. They are very patient and took there time so my cat felt comfortable she is usually very nervous at the vet but now she enjoys going there lol. Highly recommend
I took my two Mainecoons in for a wellness check recently. My cats get really anxious at the vet and can be a little aggressive. They knew exactly how to handle them and did a great job at calming them down. You can tell that this office truly cares! They got their annual shots and were all set within an hour. Great experience!
