I usually don’t write reviews—this might actually be my first on Google—but I felt I had to share my experience. I was a tenant for almost 2 years, and during that time George, Justin, and Dornian were always great to deal with. Any issues or maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, which really made a difference. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I truly appreciated their support.
I’ve been a tenant in the property for the past few years and I can honestly say my experience with Urbanshare has been excellent from start to finish. Special mention to George, who has been consistently supportive, professional, and responsive throughout my entire tenancy. Friendly agency and helpful people work there. They're quick to action issues when reported. Good system for managing tenancy. I have dealt with a few agencies since renting in London and they are the best one I've encountered.
