Took Care of Me – I had a very different experience than you two had at Urban. My car was not running right, and Matt went out of his way to make sure it was fixed right. He even called a bunch of places to make sure that he could get parts for me and get me back on the road in one day, instead of waiting another day to get my parts in. There were a lot of cars there that they were working on, and I still got great service. Hopefully others get the same great service that I had.
Urban's Auto Ctr NO GOOD, I 2ND THAT! – I took my car here because that is where my warranty would pay, and as a non paying customer it still was a horrible experience. They got my car and told me they would fix a lot of things such as the wheel bearings, wheel wlignment, brakes, etc. They said they needed to keep it 2 days because they need a part, they end up keeping it a week. NO GOOD – I took my car to this place because it shut off on me. After having my car for 2 weeks they finally gave me some answers on what was wrong with my car. After claiming my car to be fixed, I pulled off the lot to headed home. And not even 13 minute to the second, my car shut off again. I had the car towed back there and they finally said "OH you need a new engine" I GUESS!!! That took another TWO weeks.
