Recently I took my grandmother's ring to be repaired. It was missing stones and discolored. I agreed to the quoted price. When I picked up the ring he charged me far less than the quoted price. The jeweler said it was less labor intensive than he anticipated. I love the honestly. Plus the ring looks amazing.

Have shopped here for many years and spent a considerable amount of money. Have never returned an item. I asked to return an expensive item my husband purchased which was wrong stone. They refused any refund to original form of purchase. Only store credit. They have beautiful jewelry but be warned if you try to return. Every other jewelry store i checked credits original form of payment within 30 days. Then store credit offered.
