Called 23hrs and 45mins before my appointment to cancel because I tested positive for Covid. Was charged $90 for a late cancellation because it was within 24 hrs. I understand the business decision of charging for late cancellations but when I tried to call earlier, the phone hung up and didn’t get sent to a voicemail so I think it’s ridiculous I’m being charged $90(!) for something I couldn’t control…

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa who was able to fit me in and fix me up on a Saturday. For my first ever manicure she explained a few things that I should know if I were ever to get a manicure again as I wasn’t a local in the area. She was delightful and helpful and made my nails and eyebrows look fantastic.

Regular polish manicure. Very little attention to detail. I had to remove the polish the very next day. Every single nail was uneven.
