Best gym on the coast! I cannot thank Lisa & Emma enough for helping me transition back into fitness after having 17 months off when I had my twins. To have somewhere I can go to work out (& of course chat) with my babies has been an absolute game changer! The community & overall atmosphere Lisa has created is one of the best I’ve experienced 🤍

I can’t recommend Lisa and Urban fitness highly enough. I joined Lisa feeling a bit lost in my PP journey and at a bit of a lull in my training. Now, a year plus on from joining, I am still excited to train everyday. I am challenged continuously and embraced by a community of women who do not judge, but encourage me to reach the goals I set for myself. Great friendly gym. I started training with Lisa while recovering from a dislocated shoulder. She is amazing at understanding my limits and adapting the workout to suit my ability.
Wonderful space with genuine people. Lisa is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful instructor. If you're thinking about joining don't hesitate as you will find yourself surrounded by a caring community of women no matter your age.
