This gym just doesn’t add up. They’ve got a sauna, but most of the treadmills are either broken or barely working. There’s also a persistent, unpleasant smell — possibly from the back area — that often drifts into the gym and makes it hard to focus on training. At £50/month, it feels seriously overpriced. You're paying premium rates for poorly maintained equipment and an uncomfortable environment. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came here with a guest pass with my mate, I must say not at all impressed with the facilities. The gym is actually tiny and felt overcrowded. Also was the AC on or off? Didn't do any cardio and I was sweating buckets. Working out in the heat is one thing working out in this small space with an overcrowding problem, rusty weights, and a very unsafe cable machine. Not for me, I'm never coming back here again. Feel sorry for my mate who pays a membership to come here. Terrible experience

This sauna and ice bath facilities are brand-new. It’s small but maximum numbers of people allowed at a time is six at a time. Most of the time you will be alone, which is very convenient for me. £99.99 It’s bit expensive but worth it.

A nice gym with lots of equipment. It is relatively quiet, even at peak times (especially compared to Fitness First across the highway). The staff are smiley and friendly. They are part of Wellhub which is a great initiative. I hope they keep this arrangement as part of the transition to a new ownership.
