Bethany was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond. She came originally just to inspect our termite stations, but helped us with about 4 other things. Not to mention, we were her last house for the day and it was past the end of the work day for her. It's experiences like these that keep us loyal to Urbanex. Thank you SO much again Bethany!!
Nice and efficient
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for any reason. Someone came to my house on the 4th of July, didn't explain things completely and I was charged $187 for the initial service and another $187 the following month. I called to inquire about the extra charge and was told it shouldn't have happened only to be put on hold and given another answer by the same person. I tried to cancel my service and was told there's another $130 cancellation charge. This company is a ripoff, don't use them unless you don't like your hard... read more
