Jordan was very thorough and accommodating. It was a pleasure having him help us today.
This is a bad company , they hide “policies “ and charge your account with out permission So make sure you don’t share your account info with them After 3 years with them I just became another # intend of being a customer They provide “ good service “ with an attitude Save your money go somewhere else where they don’t get your money with out your permission
We just started using Urbanex but both times have been fantastic. Britt just did our most recent service and she was awesome. Her communication and timeliness made the service efficient and hassle free for us!
