URBANEX- specifically Denzel today has helped keep our bug situation from going out of control. He was super kind and communicated well prior to just showing up for our scheduled service.
The worst company we have ever dealt with. They came out and serviced the house. They took advantage of a 94 year old man. Signed him up for a year service. They did not even bait the mouse traps. Then when calling to complain, I could not get a call back. When I called and finally talked to someone for a third time, they offered to come back and bait the traps. I said no thanks, I have no interest in dealing with a company like yours. No refund and yes they charged the cancellation fee.
