Urbane115 is a place we positively love 💕 to call Home 🏡 I’m thankful for the best maintenance 🧑🔧 man who always completes works orders professionally, in a positive energy and efficiently. The apartment managers always go above and beyond for the residents. If there’s any issues they take care of everything immediately. The entire team here is amazing ✨🌺 We are happy to say we absolutely love it here and highly recommend Urbane115 as your new 🏡 Home ☀️❤️
The place is good (not great) but one of the worst customer service. Won't say who was the asst manager but he just did his thing showing me around but never followed up with effort. Very disappointed with him and honestly after him wasting my time, I found many (I mean MANY) better places with location and price. I'm sorry, but do not take this place.
I recommend this place. Keith is an excellent person and helped us a lot throughout the entire process. The maintenance staff also came through when we needed help with the washing machine. I don't know how it has been for other people regarding the deposit, but for me, at least they gave me the exact amount and explained what they took from me. That also worked out very well for me. I recommend it; it's a quiet place to live.
Beautiful location, great management that knows how to communicate and takes great care of their property.
