I cannot say enough great things about my experience at 115 East Washington Street! From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The building is absolutely beautiful—everything feels fresh, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The apartments have so much natural light, which makes them feel warm, bright, and inviting. My wife and I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years now (we have a 1bd 1bth, no balcony). Overall, I feel fairly neutral about living here. There are some great benefits, but there are also several drawbacks that aren't obvious until you've actually lived in the building. CONS -Living downtown is great during the summer, but for most of the year it just feels like an overpriced location in Appleton with not much to do. -Despite being off College Ave, Urbane 115 can be noisy due to loud vehicles and people yelling... read more
It’s a nice and relatively affordable option for short-term leasing. Management was friendly. Some amenities aren’t as great in the studios, such as the washer/dryer combo and limited kitchen. Overall a solid apartment complex though.
Urbane115 is a place we positively love 💕 to call Home 🏡 I’m thankful for the best maintenance 🧑🔧 man who always completes works orders professionally, in a positive energy and efficiently. The apartment managers always go above and beyond for the residents. If there’s any issues they take care of everything immediately. The entire team here is amazing ✨🌺 We are happy to say we absolutely love it here and highly recommend Urbane115 as your new 🏡 Home ☀️❤️
The place is good (not great) but one of the worst customer service. Won't say who was the asst manager but he just did his thing showing me around but never followed up with effort. Very disappointed with him and honestly after him wasting my time, I found many (I mean MANY) better places with location and price. I'm sorry, but do not take this place.
