Seems like the people are all from the backcountry Staff are greasier than Bezos. Seem to prey on naive newbies
I stopped in spontaneously today because one of my tires was losing air- Carmen, at the front desk, patiently and kindly walked me through what the issue was. I used the tire pump they have at the front to re-inflate my tires and within several minutes was back on the road again! Super grateful also for the fact that Carmen was wearing a mask- I am immunocompromised and masks keep me and everyone else a little safer.
Thank you to the team at Urbane! They were incredibly accommodating and patient with me when I ordered my dream bike months ago. Picked her up today, she is beautiful and I cannot be more pleased!
