I've ordered twice from Urbane Cycle and have been most impressed both times. The first sale I emailed a question, and the total time (a bit of good fortune in timing) between me emailing and finalizing the sale was 8 minutes. And that included arranging to ship to an address different than my billing address. I bought a new Tern carbo e-bike here (the Quick Haul Long), after a lot of shopping around and visiting so many different bike shops. Throughout the process, the staff at Urbane were really kind and gave great guidance as I navigated such a big purchase. They had so much patience with me while I visited and test-rode multiple times, especially since at other bike shops I felt condescended to or dismissed. I dropped my bike off for a comprehensive tune-up and I'm very happy with how Urbane Cyclist gave it back to me! It was done in only a couple of days (I made a booking several weeks in advance - they do take walk-ins but they warn that bookings take priority so you may not get your bike back with as quick a turnaround). One of the best bike shops in Toronto. Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff, and terrific selection. And what's more, everything they show on their website is actually in the store–no waiting for it to get shipped in from a warehouse. Cannot recommend Urbane Cyclist enough!
