These guys were amazing, and fixed my squished bell - and let me return a final sale bell I had just bought from them to replace the old one.
Was there to take a look at the different options and Brandon (sp?) spent time to explain everything, answer questions and to listen to my needs etc. He was super patient and helpful. They didn't have my size for the model I was thinking of and I was still in the exploring mode but I would definitely recommend this place based on the service and the selection they had. Thank you!!
Disappointed First-Time Buyer . I bought a helmet here for the first time, and the salesperson insisted a small size fit me. When I got home and double-checked, it clearly felt too tight. I later found out they had no other sizes in stock — only small. It feels like they were just trying to get rid of inventory, maybe because they’re moving, and were recommending what the store needed to sell, not what a customer actually needed.
