My partner and I visited this store looking for a Tern e-bike in Feb 2026. Adam spent a lot of time answering our questions and followed up with us by email. He set us both up to test ride several bikes to get a feel for how they would handle. He clearly knows the bikes inside and out and was able to help us understand differences between models.
