This team care about guests, food, speed and atmosphere. The team here is giving a masterclass in Hospitality. The manager is insanely good. Calm, confident, bright aura! Always doing something productive, always in the lobby checking on guests. They’ve cracked the code here. 1/16/26 @ 2pm. Time stamping this so that if a director or ops or regional manager see this, they look into who the manager was working and give her a call and thank her. We all dream for managers like her.
I had to update my service to a 3. They gave me one extra fish sandwich and they forgot pesto. I wouldn't have cared if the sandwich was for me.
