The food was good but the service was exceptional. Our Hostess Melinda was just so accommodating and helpful.
09/2025 - Quality of food and service has slowly degraded. My bread wasn't fully cooked through and doughy. They forgot to give me my cookies and ran out when I asked for them. Our table was also dirty. Very disappointed. 06/2025 -Always a good reliable sandwich, salad or cookies place.
Overall, good (clean) food but some of the items lacked flavor, but nothing tasted bad just a little bland. Again, only some of the items, the rest were fine. Would have rated higher but the price just didn’t match the food. In fact, the only reason I gave the fourth star was because of the customer service. Staff were awesome!! Recommend everyone try Urbane Cafe at least once.
Maritza took our order and had the best attitude and smile. She is definitely a reason why we will be back to this location. The food was fantastic and portions were worth the price. All staff included the manager on duty were very polite and friendly. Keep up the great customer service you all!! Ken K
