I always have a great experience at Urbane Cafe, and Emily (Em) is a big reason why. She’s friendly, welcoming, and always goes out of her way to make customers feel appreciated. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stand out, and she consistently provides excellent service, even when it’s busy. She makes every visit enjoyable with her professionalism and genuine kindness. If you stop by, I definitely recommend saying hi to Em—you’ll be in great hands! i recommend the uc banh mi its so yummy
