Overall experience was ok! A solid 4 stars. We came on a Saturday around noon, the place was not crazy busy, but they were having a constant flow of customers. Parking can get hectic, lots of other shops around. It was a clean restaurant, well maintained and organized. The staff could’ve been nicer. A “Hi and welcome,” would have been nice. The staff works very slowly (he waited for his order for about 30 minutes, although there were almost no people) and does not pay attention to visitors, disappointed(
I've been to this location multiple times, but I have to say the quality and experience is going downhill with each visit. First of all, I had to wait several minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for my order to be taken. They were incredibly stingy on everything. My side salad was half the size as normal, the extra sauce I asked for (which now, by the way, you have to pay for) was at most a teaspoon (and they used to completely fill up the little side cup in all previous visits), the cheese on my child's cheese pizza was sp... read more
