As a seller, we just literally had Alwin come through and do the building and pest inspection. He is literally a champion. Most people in this day and age don’t have the time of day for you - I didn’t expect to have such a good solid chat with him. Could not recommend this group more, especially Sasha and Alwin! Sasha was incredibly prompt and fantastic working with REA's to confirm times that worked for all parties and answered all questions I had at any time of time of day. Then onto Alwin, could not ask for a better bloke to inspect a house for you. Having done the house we were selling, and 2 prospect houses, Alwin took the time to answer all of our questions and any concerns with a smile that never felt like you were bothering him. Alwin was very knowledgeable and checked out all the difficult to access spaces with our pre-purchase inspection.Reliable and communicated well, can definitely recommend.
Do NOT recommend. We purchased a house last year and made the mistake of going with the building and pest provided by the real estate company (first time home owners and didn't know any better). After storm water damage came through the house, an insurance assessor was able to point out multiple areas that showed that the house had received water damage before and said that it should have been noted on the report. Termite damage was also not noted, and we were told one stump needed replacing on the report which ended up bein... read more
