I previously gave this office a 5 star and was honest about the review. I am now updating my previous review because for the last 3 years there has been a significant decline as a whole. Dr. McManus is AN AMAZING VET and I value her so this is not directed at her at all. I paid for my cat to be spayed 6/2025 and I noticed she was looking like she may have been impacted (because she was spayed no chance she was pregnant) this was Feb. 2026, and I called to make her a appt and denied told to call at 7:30 am for an emergency ap... read more
I took someone there with their pet, so I only checked about pricing and such. I think its very high priced. No senior discount is offered either.
I actually live right beside this place in the apartments at urbana . I don't have a cat right now , but when I do get one , this is most definitely where I'll be taking my cat or any other animals for that matter , the location is a no brainer but also good people lovely ladies its been awhile since ive been in but they take really good care of animals in their care .
