My girlfriend called in to ask about getting our dog updated on her general health vaccines so she could stay at Pet Palace while we went on vacation. We were planning on making our dog a patient here but the woman who picked up the call was super rude about it saying there was no way they could do that by the time we left (4 days in advance). I would understand a simple “no sorry that’s too soon” but she was out her way to be super rude about a simple question and then hung up. Will not be taking our dog here in the future.

Ill be honest with my review. The front desk ladies were great, the vet tech we had was great little old lady. However, the vet herself was rude. She walked in, no hello no how are you...i went out of my way to ask how she is. She kept speaking over me and the vet tech. She was rude to the vet tech over a scheduling issue for a later surgery for a different client. After she gave our kittens we adopted their last set of shots she just walked out.
