Absolutely love this veterinary clinic. They saved my dog's life twice and did a great job on his amputation! Madden LOVES going to the vet!
Firm believer in being respectful. Hanging up on someone without so much as a goodbye, thanks for calling, perhaps change whom you have answering phones. Because a pet owner of 3 dogs, cats and farm animals, you lost my interest.
This was my first visit to the Urbana Veterinary Clinic and I am very impressed. Everyone I met was extremely professional and nice. Dr. Higgins and Amy met with me and Lily the cat, listening to all I shared, examining Lily at length and offering great advice and direction on next steps to be taken. Cannot thank them enough.
Awesome dr and cares a lot about his patients that we have experienced. Highly recommend
