We called and spoke to Mark and asked for them to cover missing shingles with a tarp and provide an estimate for roof repair. He said they would and would be out Saturday but didn't come. Sal came on sunday late morning and said we had to sign a contract. Contract stated 3 business days to cancel. He said one of their guys would be out that afternoon to tarp the roof. The wind blew part of the roof cap off. The cap was able to be reinstalled. Roof looks like nothing ever happen to it. Looks great .
