The staff at Urbana Family Dental was very pleasant and welcoming during my visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions with care and compassion, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I will definitely be returning for future dental work. Highly recommend!
I had a very upsetting experience here and felt I was treated quite roughly by the dentist during my recent filling appointment. I arrived on time and received local anesthetic on the right side of my mouth. After the first injections, the assistant checked and found the anesthesia had not fully taken effect. I was asked to wait longer, checked again, and given an additional injection. When I asked if this was normal, the assistant calmly explained that some people do need more time, which I appreciated.
