First time at Urbana family dental everyone was very nice hygienist was friendly and very thorough!
Went in at 8 am with a dental emergency and staff fit us in right away. Every one was so kind and understanding, even though they were clearly busy with scheduled appointments. Dr calmed my concerns right away!
I loved the customer service
Dr Sadie is very thorough and patient. She will ask if you have any more questions before letting you go. She can give you a referral, if needed. The dental hygienist assistants are always very good even though I seem to get a different person each time. She has always been kind thorough and efficient. They took my dental insurance. I would highly recommend this professional dental facility. It is well run and easy to schedule or reschedule.
