unsafe , I am afraid on my kids lives here
What a terrible place to live! It’s been a week and I have NO electricity in my living room area or my dining room! I paid 1,200 for CRAP what they do is Illegal and the manager stated on the phone SHE KNOWS!!! Maintenance is a joke they tend to mess things up rather then fix them and they hate hiring people to help out to fix the immediate issues. Don’t bother calling the office I’ve emailed and called multiple times no one responds to any of the request. Lawsuit will be in place.
They wanted to clearly REMOVE my wife's review but unless you want to pay 1,200 a month for no Electricity or AC unit. have reported this 7 times and still nothing. take your money and these buildings have issues and they come up with the excuse of "Your on the list" or everyone is going through this. managment is poor. alot of these buildings even have foundation issues and holes in the wall. unit 203 is completely trash they should not never leased it to us. had issues since the 2nd day we moved in back in june 2019 will b... read more
I currently reside here now and with everything going on me an my husband lost our jobs and the apartments refuse to work out something with us on top of that I am 7 months pregnant and I am forced to live in heat I had to purchase two fans and it still really doesn’t help you can imagine how we feel right now but I guess it doesn’t matter as long as they get their money
Terrible for $975.00 for two bedrooms, what a rip off, MOLD grows in these apartments due to leaks in the ceilings. There is flooding in my main hallway which maintenance responds and is NOT qualified to handle. All they do is put a wood board over it and says that will fix it (what a joke) there is still a HOLE!!!! Don’t spend your money; please DONT.

RecommendedThe new ownership is really doing a great job of cleaning things up. They seem to sincerely care and have replaced broken stuff instead of just "repairing" it again and again.
Air conditioning breaks all the time, looks trashy, horrible management
If you want rats and roaches in your everyday life please move here. They will love you! Roach infested apartments aren’t what they seem. Please refer to photos
