I felt the massage with Krystal was uneven. For example my hand was massaged on one side and not on the other. I also felt the pressure was not that of a massage. Even thought I requested medium pressure, it felt very light and not focused on problem areas I described to the therapist. The neighbor’s music was very loud during my session, which made it difficult to relax.
