I needed help with yard work while I was on an extend trip away from home. Getting things set up with Urban Yardwork was super simple, and they did a great job throughout my time away. Just as important, when I got back home and was ready to pick up my own hard work, it was no hassle whatsoever discontinuing service. I'd recommend Urban Yardwork and use them again without hesitation.
They mowed down my lilac bush and rose bush, but left a bunch of other weeds. All i really wanted was the grass mowed.
So imagine an overgrown rain forest that happens to be located in Columbus Ohio. That would be a charitable description of my yard and dirt areas around my house. Like, almost fraudulently charitable. Urban Yardwork came in and I'm not sure what level of lumberjack they have (his name is Drew) but it is a jungle no more. Exceedingly pleased with Sam's crew at Urban Yardwork! Our yard, even when it is black walnut season, is beautiful thanks to their consistency and commitment to quality work. Highly recommend!
thier service was great in 2023, in 2024 the rate changed tne man that serviced our account quit, service started late, employee issues, bush trimming was removed not sure what services i was getting , then they dropped me, you get what you pay for, would not recommend
