The products look decent however I ordered swatches to receive digitally printed photos and not actually wood samples. I mean really? How are you supposed to feel texture and finish? And it was fairly difficult to find the company address which I always find a bit suspicious. EDIT TO RESPOND: Where is your address listed on your web site? Requesting swatches to any normal person would be actual wood samples not digitally printed paper. Come on. Give me a break.
I am beyond amazed at this table! Even my picky husband LOVES it. The bench is soo comfortable for adults and obviously, my kids love it. The first table I ordered wasn’t quite right, and they were AMAZING and went WAY above and beyond to make sure I had the right table. I wish all places had such a kindness to their customers and a dedication to getting things right. The craftsmanship is perfect. Not an error in it. I look forward to buying more!
Our shelving unit arrived safely, everything was in order, the color and finish of the unit were perfect, and it was cut exactly to size as requested. It’s now been installed in our library and is absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier with it. We look forward to working with Urban Wood Goods again.
