My experience with Urban Window Films Inc. was frustrating. The staff was unhelpful and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. On top of that, I had to wait way longer than expected for my appointment, only to receive subpar results. Wouldn’t recommend.
I had my windows tinted at Urban Window Films Inc., and within a week, bubbles and streaks started appearing. The edges weren’t properly sealed, and the tint started peeling. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality.
Very happy with Urban Windows.The whole process was open and transparent. Ash provided us with several window film options and their 3M products are top notch. I really appreciated his advice and suggestions. The installation process was very professionally handled. The warranty and cleaning tips were also fully explained. Now we are waiting for the film to finish “curing” to the glass and already noticing reduced glare. The overall appearance of the window film inside and out looks great. It’s a job well done.
