First class all the way, good local service that picks up the phone, was on time for the appointment and offered a variety of solutions all at a very reasonable cost. The owner of the firm, Adam was on site today and fixed our racoon problem and was on his way. Save yourself time shopping around, we tried a few others and this experience with Urban was top drawer start to finish.
Adam was extremely professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. We can now enjoy our backyard (and so can our neighbours) after he safely relocated a skunk family.
