Easy to communicate with, great value, good quality work and nothing was a hassle. Will definitely be using them as our regular electricians. Update: unfortunately a few years after the work was completed two of the installed garage lights failed within their warranty period, however after multiple attempts to contact Matt in order to arrange a warranty replacement (he supplied the lights) and him leaving my messages on “read” I am going to have to pay $400+ to have the lights replaced. Extremely easy to deal with - pleasant booking process, the electrician was thorough, listened to our requirements, and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Even though not required, the old socket location (behind a stove) was also covered with a blanking panel. Nice!
Great service with good communications - the boys from Urban Western Electrical arrived when they said they would, did what they said they would and charged what they had quoted. They were fast, friendly, and professional, the job was neat, they tidied up after themselves and I would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend this company, Customer service was excellent, provided professional and high quality work. I was completely satisfied!
