I love the owners and the people here. Great offerings that really help on your journey to holistic well being. I highly recommend the morning meditations on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with John. Very thoughtful, guided meditations, Buddhist teaching and sitar! Amazing. Best thing is it is donation-based! Cannot wait to try the other meditation with steve on Monday and Wednesdays!
