Urban wellness is a fantastic therapy practice in the Chicago area. I highly recommend if you're looking for neurodivergent affirming therapy and lgbtq celebratory therapy.

I've known Maureen, the owner, since Grad School and consider her a close friend. She is an amazing person. Maureen's obsessed with excellence and has such a huge heart for the clients, her staff and never stops improving the business. I am also a therapist and refer friends & family to Urban Wellness all the time.

Urban Wellness is one of the greatest assets the Chicago wellness community offers. This welcoming, inclusive, stigma-eradicting practice is transforming the way mental health is viewed, valued, treated, and talked about. I am so thankful they've expanded to my neighborhood and I refer all my friends, family, and colleagues to this practice.
