I’ve been working with Fariha for many years now and truly can’t say enough positive things about her. She has helped me through multiple life changes with kindness, insight, and real understanding. The staff have been very friendly! Getting set up with an appointment was seamless with their intake process which made the process of finding a therapist that much easier.
Judgmental staff that criticize you for your own political opinions, and they will kick you out of session on a whim stay one day just decide to stop taking your insurance regardless if you've built a relationship with them.
I have been going to Urban wellness for 5 months once a week. I missed my very first appointment due to scheduling incorrectly. I went to each and every appointment once a week and overslept for one appointment 5 months in. I was still able to meet, although it was 18 minutes late. I was informed I could still meet with my therapist but that I'd be getting charged a cancellation fee of $170.
