I loved my experience at Urban Waxx in Fisher's Landing and Brionna is so sweet. They offered me drinks and snacks beforehand and won me over when they offered me a mimosa, haha. Brionna made me feel so comfortable the whole time, walked me through the process, and made sure beforehand that this was right for me. My brows look absolutely perfect. I love them and will be going back!!
10 out of 10 recommend! They treat your wax like a spa experience, offering snacks, tea, even mimosas beforehand.Ava is attentive, warm, professional, and so very skilled. She works with me to customize my look, my package, my scheduling--making everything feel collaborative and customized. The other professionals I've met in the lobby all seem wonderful as well.
Hope was great to work with and made me feel immediately comfortable. And the wax was impeccably done. If you are , have no fear, for there is Hope!
Brianne did a great job and I was painless.
bri is an amazing esthetician. made my first time so enjoyable and educated me so much about everything she was doing. will DEFINITELY be returning!!
