Jordyn was amazing! Felt completely comfortable with her and she walked/talked me thru the whole procedure! For this being my first time I was shocked with how at ease I was with her, not shy or embarrassed, she just had a great vibe about her! Easy to talk with and joke around!

I've been a long time customer of Urban Waxx, but I truly hate the new policy of needing a code to enter and not having a permanent person at the front desk. Sometimes I just need to stop by to get product and now I have to call a number just to get in and potentially wait up to 30 minutes while someone else is getting a service when this should be less than a 5 minute interaction. I understand if the door needs to remain locked for security, but they really need to bring back front desk receptionists.
