I had my first wax here, I was very nervous. The lady that did my wax was very sweet and I had a great experience!
I love Urban Waxx, it is one of my personal indulgences to get lip wax and brow shaping/tint. My practitioner Kayla is very skilled, and always fun to talk to. The lobby area is clean, complimentary beverages are welcome as a prelude to self-care! And the products they carry are always worth checking out.
Nice establishment. Nikki is amazing! Friendly, welcoming, and made my first experience very pleasant. Will definitely return!
The facility is beautiful, love the drinks and snacks, and Nikky is absolutely fantastic to work with!
