good fast service While going to school I was looking around in a salvation army and found a sports jacket. Amazing it fit perfectly so I got it. I didn't want to wear it since I had no clue who had died in it so I took it here. It was affordable and was pretty quick. I will go back here once I start having more suits to dry clean

A month ago, Urban Valet Elmwood lost my favorite dress shirts (approx. value 300$), some of them bought in France or Canada (=impossible to replace). I left my number 2 or 3 times, fulfilled their form, etc. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK ! I went back twice and I tried to call back: The consumer manager is never there. You get somebody else on the phone. Not Impressed – Owning a local business I understand what it takes to be succesful in any industry. I made a relationship with urban valet to do the dry cleaning for my whole company. After purchasing a very expensive white summer suit, I called urban valet for the first cleaning. When the suit came back the pants were as white as snow and the jacket was yellow (almost tan).
