I had been a customer of Urban Valet for about a year and a half - using them for cleaning my work dress shirts and pants. While their prices are high, I stuck with them due to the automatic billing and their delivery and pick-up service. When my last order was delivered, included was a plain white “fruit of the loom” type undershirt on its own hanger. Apparently, in my bag of dress shirts, I had inadvertently included an undershirt.
