I’m literally sitting here at Urban Taco writing this and I’m honestly really disappointed with the customer service today. I come here all the time and it’s usually good but this time was completely different. I walked in on April 23rd and there were two employees, a young blonde girl and a guy, and I wasn’t even greeted, I had to say hi first. Unbelievable experience!!!! A gentleman by the name of “Matt” took care of me and man! What a great job he did! He gave superior customer service and went above and beyond. I had a company event I was co sponsoring and EVERYTHING I requested he got with EXCELLENT customer service. Matt, awesome job sir! I will tell people more about Urban Taco and I will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you!!!
I love this place! The queso is amazing, the tacos are great, and the chips and salsa taste so fresh every time. I also love that I can "customize" my whole meal, even a simple taco. Way to go Urban Taco!
