Training with Shane and the team has not only made my paddling stronger and my fitness better I feel so much more confident in the water. It gave me the confidence to take the trip of a lifetime to go and surf with Shane and the guys in the Mentawais this year. Perfect for who really wants to be serious about getting to ready for a surf trip or just weekly exercises. Training for 2 years now here and it made my life better. Coaches really helpful and motivating, I do recommend and believe that you will see the results very fast!
