I had a great experience at the salon, even with a small scheduling error. I had called a few days ago to book an appointment for 9 AM today, but when I arrived, I was told I wasn’t even in the system. Thankfully, the owner, Denise, was incredibly friendly and accommodating as she was able to get me scheduled for later the same day at 3 PM. I came to this place with long almost ice white blonde hair with about a 2 inch grow out. for a root smuge and a dusting off the ends. I left with black hair with some highlights and about 3 inches cut off. Not only did I leave with hair I did not request, I left with my hair still wet. When I contacted my stylist the owner called me on a three way call with me the stylist and the owner. Though I appear calm on the outside being in public gives me extreme anxiety. I felt comfortable from the first hello when I walked in. Ashley made me feel at ease and almost happy to be out among people. She did an amazing job with my hair, I've never left a salon 100% happy until now! Ashley listened to my ideas and provided her own suggestions and together we came up with a style that suits me perfectly! Completely satisfied! Will definitely be back!
