I had a great experience at the salon, even with a small scheduling error. I had called a few days ago to book an appointment for 9 AM today, but when I arrived, I was told I wasn’t even in the system. Thankfully, the owner, Denise, was incredibly friendly and accommodating as she was able to get me scheduled for later the same day at 3 PM. I came to this place with long almost ice white blonde hair with about a 2 inch grow out. for a root smuge and a dusting off the ends. I left with black hair with some highlights and about 3 inches cut off. Not only did I leave with hair I did not request, I left with my hair still wet. When I contacted my stylist the owner called me on a three way call with me the stylist and the owner. Though I appear calm on the outside being in public gives me extreme anxiety. I felt comfortable from the first hello when I walked in. Ashley made me feel at ease and almost happy to be out among people. She did an amazing job with my hair, I've never left a salon 100% happy until now! Ashley listened to my ideas and provided her own suggestions and together we came up with a style that suits me perfectly! Completely satisfied! Will definitely be back!
just got home from my cut & style with nicole. she did an amazing job. my hair looks, smells, and feels awesome! she dried and curled it for me before i left and i love it. HIGHLY recommend her!! :)
ashley absolutely destroyed my friends hair and is refusing a refund. my friend was WHITE blonde & wanted her roots blended and sassley had the bright idea to basically dye her whole head black washed but left it soaking wet and to top it all off leaving her messages on open when she asked if she could fix it terrible costume service. her price was over $200 too
