This company shows up to install the hot tub, promises warranty and regular maintenance/servicing for a fair price, but then completely abandons you and won't return calls. I've been trying to reach Geoff Watson (the owner) since September to set up regular maintenance, and he doesn't return calls or texts. This week (December) the heater stopped working completely.
