Professional and personable. We have used Urban Steam Clean twice now and both times we have been so happy with the results of the clean. We have a large carpet and large lounge and Steve did such an amazing job ensuring the job was done correctly. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend.
I've used Steve's services 2 or 3 times and never considered hiring anyone else to do the job. His response rate is 100% and he is always punctual and communicative with his arrival time. He is also very friendly and welcoming. He steams my couch to perfection every time. I would highly recommend him.
Fast, reliable, fair pricing. My cat peed on my carpet and they fixed it right up, room has been smelling lovely ever since. I've used carpet cleaning services before and I feel like this one's the best. Carpet was mostly dry too, didn't take long to clear up.

I've had others steam clean the same sofa & leave a big ring stain on there that 'won't come out' - then Steve comes along & it's gone! Sure, they charged less, but then what's the point of paying someone who can't get the job done? He showed up when he said he would, did an excellent job of carpets, sofa, office chair, shut the gate behind him (so the puppy doesn't escape), and was an all round good bloke to deal with. I can see why he has nothing but great reviews for his services
