Best place to train I’ve personally trained there mauy Thai and boxing sinc ethe place use to be etk north shore and become really good mates with the owner and very very friendly people so don’t be shy to come on down if you wanna train for any sport or you have a boxing or mauy Thai fight coming up just come on in if you need boxing let Craig know and also I think there is boxing at urban sports now!
Only had a great experience at this gym with all the trainers. I would highly recommend.
Great for any beginners starting out and looking to pick up a martial art
Been training here for close to a month now and been to quite a lot of other gyms around the country and love the vibe here. The owner/coach Greg is a good coach and has a good sense of humor also.
