Dr. Ces is an exceptional dentist. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and always explains everything clearly. She has been my dentist for several years, and I have recommended her to many coworkers and friends. From routine cleanings to a root canal, her work has always been excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Ces to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I came in for a cleaning and exam, but unfortunately left feeling confused and unsupported. There was little to no communication about next steps or how to begin treatment for the work I need done. I had to call the office myself just to request my treatment plan, as it didn’t seem like it was going to be sent otherwise. I came in with emergency tooth pain and was not accepted without an appointment. They clearly prioritize scheduled visits over urgent cases. It’s not recommended to waste your time driving there — you’ll just be told to call. Then you wait on the phone for several minutes only to be told to wait again. Extremely frustrating experience when you are in real pain.
Dr. Cesinita Urbina is my favorite dentist and I love her office and staff. As a senior practicing preventive care, I get regular teeth cleanings every 3 to 4 months. Dr. Urbina makes this necessary routine as comfortable as possible. I never feel any pain. Her technique is extremely skilled yet gentle and caring. My teeth literally always feel loved ! She is literally of one the best dentist I've ever been to!
